Software was never
the advantage.
Decision velocity is.

You get the foresight to see what's coming. The frameworks to act on it. The team that runs the AI inside your business. In Arabic, English, and French.

The Context

The 100x Shift reached the Gulf.

Coase's Law is breaking. AI is collapsing coordination costs faster than your org chart can absorb.

  • A $200 per month AI agent now does what a $20,000 per month analyst did in 2022.
  • Meta now measures productivity in token usage, not hours worked.
  • The Gulf has more AI ambition per capita than anywhere on earth, and the most uneven readiness.

What changes for you

Saudi PDPL is being enforced. Six Gulf frameworks are diverging. You stop guessing where you stand.

You arrive at your board meeting with a regulatory posture already aligned to each jurisdiction you operate in. You stop reading global research that does not tell you what to do here. You get the foresight, the frameworks, and the team that turns AI from a question into a position you can defend.

Regulatory Reality

Saudi PDPL carries fines up to SAR 5 million, with 48 SDAIA enforcement decisions already issued. UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman each operate under their own data laws and their own authorities. No unified GCC framework exists. Generic ISO 42001 advice is not enough.

Family Business Buying Patterns

Gulf family conglomerates procure through relationships built over decades, not RFPs. Buyers value named individuals, discretion, face-to-face delivery, and Arabic protocol fluency. They commit in phases, not contracts.

The 12-to-18 Month Window

The Anthropic Claude Partner Network launched March 2026 with no named MENA partner. Every global SI now carries Claude bias by partnership structure. Vendor-neutral advisory is structurally rare and temporally scarce.

What you get with all five

Foresight. Strategy. Operations. Capabilities. Governance.

Most advisors sell one or two. You get all five from one team: the foresight to see, the frameworks to act, the build to ship, the people who run it, and the governance that makes it defensible.

Your people become the advantage.

Software gets cheaper every year. The leaders who can use it get rarer. Your top decision-makers learn to use AI inside your business. In Arabic, English, and French. Every quarter ends with a clear plan for what to do next.

Keystone Activation Program
Orchestrators, not the Displaced

Your senior team can become Orchestrators: the leaders who run AI inside your business. But only if you start now. People get replaced by default. Becoming an Orchestrator takes design.

Keystone Activation

We train your top five decision-makers first. They teach the rest of the team. Generic AI training does not work. You do not need 1,000 trained users. You need five trained Orchestrators.

Implementation Intentions

Every training ends with a clear plan. Behaviors change because the plan is specific. Every engagement closes with a 90-day action plan. Not a summary deck.

Why NYMM
Read it before you book it

Read the Point of View.

The fastest way to know whether NYMM fits the work you have in front of you is to read what we believe and how it applies to your jurisdictions.

Read the Point of View
"AI destroys jobs. AI also creates businesses. The Orchestrators we train will not be displaced. They will be the ones building the next generation of regional champions, on top of an operating system they understand because we trained them to understand it."
From the NYMM Point of View
How We Work

Trilingual delivery. Beirut and the Gulf on the ground. Discretion as default.

We do not publish client logos without permission. Most of our work happens at boardroom level. If you found us through a referral, that is by design.

Built-To-You Pledge
NYMM builds software that fits how your business already runs. We do not make your business change to fit our software. We hold no reseller agreements and take no payment from any platform we recommend. Our recommendations stay clean. This pledge is renewed each year and published here.
Current commercial relationships with platform vendors: None.

Common Questions

What to expect from NYMM.

NYMM delivers advisory, not implementation. We help CEOs and boards design their AI strategy, select vendors without bias, redesign workflows for AI-native operations, build internal Orchestrator capability, and establish governance frameworks that hold up to SDAIA scrutiny. We do not write code, license software, or take revenue share from any platform. When you no longer need us, the engagement ends.

A four-week, fixed-scope engagement. Week one: environmental scan across technology, regulatory, competitive, and geopolitical horizons relevant to your sector and geography. Week two: scenario architecture and risk-probability mapping. Week three: strategic implications and decision points surfaced. Week four: 90-day CEO action plan with implementation intentions, delivered in Arabic and English. One named founder on every session.

It means we have no software revenue to protect. NYMM holds no reseller agreements with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Oracle, or any LLM provider. We do not display partner badges. We do not earn a margin on software you license. We assess platforms on fit for your organization, your PDPL obligations, and your sovereign-stack requirements, then we give you our recommendation and you decide. We publish our engagement mix annually so you can verify our neutrality.

Yes. Our base is Beirut. We deliver across Lebanon, the Gulf, and the broader Middle East and Africa as the work calls for it. Most engagements involve founder travel to the client's location, because boardroom advisory does not work over video. Our Layer 5 governance practice is tuned to each Gulf jurisdiction separately: Saudi PDPL (SDAIA), UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (UAE Data Office) plus ADGM and DIFC, Qatar Law 13/2016 (CRA), Bahrain PDPL 2018 (PDPA), Kuwait CITRA/CMA, and Oman PDPL Royal Decree 6/2022. Each has different DPO triggers, breach-notification windows, and cross-border transfer rules. We map them by country, not by region.

Productized sprints are fixed-fee. The CEO Foresight Sprint is a defined four-week scope with a published price. Longer strategy and capability-building engagements are scoped and priced at the discovery call. We do not bill by the hour. We are not cheaper than the global firms on Layer 5 governance work, because cheap PDPL advisory implies cheap insurance. Contact us to receive the current sprint pricing schedule.

The 100x Shift is already here.
The only question is whether your organization is designed for it.

Book a CEO Foresight Sprint or read the Point of View. Both will tell you quickly whether NYMM is the right firm for you.
