NYMM is an intelligence and strategic advisory firm powered by AI. We combine behavioral psychology, relationship intelligence, and foresight to help you understand the people behind every opportunity, negotiation, partnership, and investment — before you walk into the room. In Arabic, English, and French.
AI just made speed cheap. The work that took a team now takes a tool — and the leaders who move first pull ahead.
You walk into the board meeting knowing exactly where you stand in each market you operate in. No more guessing from global research that never tells you what to do here — just a clear read on what's coming and what to do about it.
Each country has its own law, its own regulator, and its own fines. What passes in one is a violation next door, and there is no shared rulebook to fall back on. One playbook won't cover it — you need it country by country.
Family groups buy through relationships built over decades, not tenders. They trust named people, discretion, and showing up in person — in Arabic, the right way. And they commit in steps, not one big signature.
The big firms are tied to the software they resell, which quietly bends their advice. We sell no software and take no commissions — so the only interest we serve is yours. Build that relationship now, and it compounds for years.
The intelligence that creates real value is rarely in one place. It has to be discovered, connected, and understood in the context of people. This is where we help.
The right insight, at the right moment, through the right person, can change the outcome of a negotiation, unlock an investment, or open a door that once seemed out of reach. We get there by bringing four views together on every piece of work.
Start a conversationUnderstanding motivations, influence, trust, relationships, and how decisions really get made.
Collecting, validating, connecting, and interpreting the signals that matter, from many trusted sources.
Accelerating the analysis, recognizing patterns, and revealing opportunities at a scale people alone cannot reach.
Turning intelligence into practical action that strengthens relationships, supports better decisions, and creates lasting value.
Three principals sign the proposal and deliver the work. No bait-and-switch, no junior staffing models. The people you meet in week one are the people in the room in week twelve. And behind them sits a network built over decades: experts with deep expertise, in the right fields and the right places. Small on the door. Deep behind it.

The fastest way to know whether NYMM fits the work you have in front of you is to read what we believe and how it applies to your jurisdictions.

We do not publish client logos without permission. Most of our work happens at boardroom level. If you found us through a referral, that is by design.
NYMM gives leaders a decision advantage. We read the people and audiences that decide an outcome and design the approach that lands with them; we surface what is coming across every angle with a scored, on-the-record track record; we open access to specific networks and originate the right relationships; we pretest a message or a move before it is committed; and we advise on AI strategy and governance, vendor-neutral, against each market's regulator. We do not write code, license software, or take revenue share from any platform. When you no longer need us, the engagement ends.
A four-week, fixed-scope engagement. Week one: environmental scan across technology, regulatory, competitive, and geopolitical horizons relevant to your sector and geography. Week two: scenario architecture and risk-probability mapping. Week three: strategic implications and decision points surfaced. Week four: 90-day CEO action plan with implementation intentions, delivered in Arabic and English. One named founder on every session.
It means we have no software revenue to protect. NYMM holds no reseller agreements with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Oracle, or any LLM provider. We do not display partner badges. We do not earn a margin on software you license. We assess platforms on fit for your organization, your data-protection obligations, and your sovereign-stack requirements, then we give you our recommendation and you decide. We publish our engagement mix annually so you can verify our neutrality.
Yes. Our base is Beirut. We deliver across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as the work calls for it. Most engagements involve founder travel to the client's location, because boardroom advisory does not work over video. We handle each country's rules separately -- Saudi, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman each have their own law and their own regulator, and the details that trip companies up are different in every one. We map them country by country, not as one region.
Productized sprints are fixed-fee. The CEO Foresight Sprint is a defined four-week scope with a published price. Longer strategy and capability-building engagements are scoped and priced at the discovery call. We do not bill by the hour. We are not the cheapest on the compliance-heavy work, because cheap advice there gets expensive later. Contact us to receive the current sprint pricing schedule.
