Why not the global strategy firms?

The largest global strategy firms have established regional AI joint ventures. Their joint value propositions focus on "identifying high-impact opportunities and reshaping how work is performed." For a mid-market family conglomerate, the result is an engagement that starts at $500,000, staffs with 6-person teams, and produces a strategy deck that no one implements.

The major firms publish prolifically but rarely engage below a $1 million threshold. Others are strong on national-strategy and government advisory, not on private-sector execution below ministry level.

AI-Native by Origin
NYMM is not a management consultancy that added an AI practice in 2023. Our strategy methodology is built for how decisions actually get made once AI is in the room, from the first session. Every strategy engagement closes with named owners for the work, not a headcount recommendation.
Questions

What clients ask before engaging.

The Foresight Sprint answers: what is the horizon? The Strategy engagement answers: given that horizon, how do we redesign the organization to meet it? Most clients run the Sprint first, then commission the Strategy engagement three to six months later when the board is aligned. They can also run as a sequential two-phase program.

Eight to twelve weeks for the core engagement. The 90-day implementation plan is a live document that we review with you quarterly in the first year. The engagement formally closes when the implementation plan is running under internal ownership. We do not extend retainers indefinitely.

Yes. Strategy engagements for public-sector clients follow the same approach, with an added data-protection and data-residency dimension built in from week one. We are fluent in the procurement and approval processes of ministries and authorities across the region.

Three options, often combined. (1) Advisor-only handoff: we stay on with quarterly business reviews, refine the implementation roadmap, track KPIs against the named owners of the work, and recalibrate when the foresight work surfaces material changes in the regulatory or competitive environment. (2) Move to Operations: we build the AI software the strategy calls for, designed to fit your existing process, with data handling built to each market's rules, sovereign-stack deployment options, and integration to your existing systems. (3) Move to Capabilities: we run the 12-week program for your top five decision-makers, building the internal capability to operate the strategy independently. Most engagements use a combination of (2) and (3). We hold no reseller agreements and sell no software of our own, so our recommendations stay structurally independent.
