(3) Move to Layer 4 Capabilities: we run the 12-week Keystone Activation Program for your top five decision-makers, building the internal capability to operate the strategy independently. Most engagements use a combination of (2) and (3). We hold no reseller agreements and sell no software of our own, so our recommendations stay structurally independent.
